A Message from Scott and Dawn Schnell

Who Charlie was – and still is for us – can never be fully conveyed with words and photos.  How do you capture the spirit of a 16-year-old who stood for others, who loved the camaraderie of a team, who dedicated himself to a healthy diet and workouts to transform himself from a pudgy 12-year-old to an impressively fit young man and athlete?  How do you describe what it was like to see him organizing his Star Wars “guys” on the floor of his room, to see him watching TV with his dog Mudge, to see him trying to best Dad in the gym, or to a room fill with his bright smile and infectious laugh. 

Maybe this will give you some idea of our Charlie, our boy who we miss every day.
