What Charlie’s Law Requires
Clear Policies
Schools must have defined policies addressing bullying.
Cyberbullying Included
Online harassment must be specifically addressed.
Required Action
Schools must properly handle and respond to incidents.
Parent Notification
Parents must be notified within 24 hours of confirmed incidents.
